About Us
WADIS is an Israeli company developing globally patented water treatment technologies based on micro and nano high-voltage electrical discharges. Our innovative systems treat all types of water and wastewater — efficiently, safely, and without chemicals — delivering major environmental and operational benefits.
In wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), our technology:
Increases biogas production by up to 30%
Expands WWTP treatment capacity without infrastructure upgrades
Eliminates environmental odors
Reduces carbon emissions significantly
Our EPOP (Electro-Pulse Oxidation Process) platform treats and recycles industrial wastewater by removing 97–98% of hazardous contaminants, preventing pollution of underground water tables and supporting safe water reuse.
WADIS has already completed successful pilot trials in the UK, treating agricultural biowaste from cow and pig manure and food production, with excellent technical and economic results. Additional pilots are underway in Brazil and being explored in the United States, including PFAS (forever chemicals) removal applications.
WADIS targets a fast-growing, multi-billion-dollar global market in municipal, industrial, and agricultural water treatment. Our solutions are compact, energy-efficient, and uniquely positioned to support the transition to circular water systems and low-emission operations.
WADIS was founded and is led by Alan Silberman, an Industrial Civil Engineer (Universidad de Chile) with an M.Sc. from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
