Our patented ASAM (Aluminum Solid Additive Manufacturing) process enables fully automated, high-precision manufacturing of aluminum parts, without programming, post-processing, or the need for oily coolants. ASAM uses layered aluminum foil and a unique Bonding method to produce complex parts from high-performance alloys like 6061 and 7075, previously considered incompatible with additive manufacturing.
Our system delivers exceptional geometric flexibility and micron-level precision while reducing material waste, machine setup, and manual labor. Unlike CNC or conventional 3D printing, ASAM operates with no coolant fluids and no toxic emissions, significantly reducing environmental impact and operating costs.
