Able Intelligence is building the Factory Brain is an AI-native reasoning layer and set of autonomous agents that run on top of existing plant systems. The platform automatically connects fragmented plant data across ERP, MES, SCADA, and industrial historians, and synthesizes it, together with the operational know-how that lives in operators’ and engineers’ heads, into a single, shared context layer that reflects how each factory actually runs.
On that foundation, Able’s Forward Deployed Engineers embed on-site to build and tune custom agents and apps that help plants reduce unplanned downtime, scrap, and waste, improve on-time delivery, and lower inventory and carrying costs, with the first production agent typically live within four to six weeks. Everything can run 100% on-premise or in a private cloud, so operational data and IP never leave the customer’s environment, and all custom agents built for a plant remain that client’s proprietary IP.
The founders
Iftah Levy, co-founder and CEO, led large-scale ERP deployments for manufacturing at Applied Materials and brings industrial-AI experience from two startups, with deep knowledge of where enterprise systems meet the factory floor.
Kiril Smilansky, co-founder and CTO, built data and AI solutions at Google, SimilarWeb, and Prosus and previously founded a food-tech startup; he leads Able’s platform, model, and context layer.
Together they combine hands-on manufacturing experience with strong AI engineering toward one goal: becoming the operating system of manufacturing.
